Dr. Mburu is passionate about expanding access to quality care and empowering teams to deliver excellence.

Since joining AAR Healthcare Kenya in 2012, she has led key financial reforms, including the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and the expansion from 21 to 31 outpatient centres financed entirely through internal capital. A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Finance, Catherine is currently pursuing the Senior Management Leadership Program at Strathmore Business School. She is known for her strategic insight, operational excellence, and commitment to building strong, future-focused finance teams.

    Before joining AAR, Kamau managed national retail expansion projects at Safaricom PLC and spearheaded interior design rollouts for Bharti Airtel across 12 African countries. A member of BORAQS and AAK, he is recognized for his design precision, technical leadership, and commitment to functional, modern architecture.
