AAR Healthcare’s Journey to Safecare Certification: A testament to Excellence in Patient Care

At AAR Healthcare, our dedication to excellence in patient care is unwavering. Our journey towards SafeCare certification has been nothing short of transformative, underscoring our commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

In today's healthcare landscape, certifications and accreditations are pivotal milestones, symbolizing an organization's pledge to deliver exceptional care. Recognizing the significance of such endorsements in fostering trust and confidence, we embarked on our SafeCare certification journey seven years ago, with a vision to enhance patient outcomes and optimize operational efficiency.

In 2023, we took three Outpatient Centres, Karen, Mountain Mall & Green House Outpatient Centres, through this rigorous journey, and the rewards were immense. Our preparation began with a comprehensive assessment of our processes, policies, and procedures, engaging stakeholders at every level to foster a culture of quality improvement.
Following meticulous preparation, we submitted our accreditation application, signaling our readiness to undergo evaluation. The on-site assessment conducted in July 2023 by @Pharmaccess and @Stralead marked a crucial phase, where our facilities, practices, and patient care delivery were rigorously evaluated.

But our commitment didn't end there. We embraced feedback, identified areas for improvement, and demonstrated our dedication to continuous learning and refinement. Finally, in November 2023, after meeting and exceeding certification standards, AAR Healthcare proudly achieved Level 5 certification in all three OPCs.

Yet, achieving certification was just the beginning. It signifies our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, emphasizing our dedication to quality, safety, and excellence in patient care.
